    • 5 drops marjoram
    • 5 drops bergamot
    • 5 drops chamomile (Roman)
    • 2 drops ylang ylang
    • 10 drops orange
    • 3 drops geranium

  2. Aromatherapy Relaxing Body Oil
    • 4 ounces of canola or sweet almond oil (or Basic Massage oil)
    • 20 drops sandalwood
    • 5 drops chamomile (Roman)
    • 10 drops rose
    • 10 drops rosewood

  3. Aromatherapy Relaxing Body Oil
    • 4 ounces of canola or sweet almond oil (or Basic Massage oil)
    • 5 drops chamomile (Roman)
    • 20 drops clary sage
    • 20 drops lavender
